Bookings:

To secure a booking over 30 days beforehand a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

For bookings with 21 days full payment is required at time of booking.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and American Express/JCB
Payments via American Express will incur a 1.8% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund of the deposit is given, less a cancellation fee of $110, if cancellation is made over 30 days of arrival

For cancellations between 14-29 days before hand, 50% of the total cost will be charged, unless we have rebooked the accommodation.

If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required- unless we have rebooked the accommodation.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. In the case of a no-show, guests will be responsible for full payment.

Damage:

Guests are responsible for any damage arising during their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their credit card.

Check In/Out:

Check-in from 1.30pm.
Check-out 11.30am.
Alternative times with prior arrangement.

Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.
